Constantin is a graduate of the Academy of Economic – Faculty of Finance and Accounting (1982).

He is a Vice President of the Chamber of Fiscal Consultants, and a member of the Association of Expert and Certified Accountants.

Constantin is a consultant to Buzescu Ca on accounting and tax matters.
