• Nordpool Consulting re creation of the Bucharest Power Exchange and related trading platform;

• Merrill Lynch Commodities (Europe) Limited re quarterly due diligence of electricity trading framework, issuance of an electricity trading license;

• Spanish investor re review of the regulatory framework regarding windfarm operations;

• Merrill Lynch Commodities (Europe) Limited re regulatory framework for the registration of a  trading vehicle, and for trading power in Romania;

• CEZ a.s. re electricity trading, assignment of electricity trading contracts, tenders for joint venturing with Romanian state-owned companies for the for the construction and operation of two new power plants.
