Iustin graduated from the Accounting Faculty of the Academy of Economic Studies (2007), and from the Romanian - American University School of Law (2008). He received a Masters degree in Audit from the Academy of Economic Studies (2009). Iustin is a member of the Romanian Bar, and a certified accounting expert.

He advises clients on tax, mergers and acquisitions, corporate/commercial, energy, and oil and gas.
