Marian is a graduate of the Polytechnic Institute – Faculty of Aerospace Engineering (1979).

He is a certified industrial property expert. Constantin is a member of the Romanian Chamber of Industrial Property Experts, and a member of the International Association for Protection of Intellectual Property.
