Peter is the Managing Partner of Buzescu Ca. He graduated from Bucharest University School of Law (1975), and New York University School of Law (1984), and took courses in accounting. Peter is a member of the Romanian Bar (1978), and New
York Bar (1985). Peter practiced in Romania, Washington, D.C. and New York City.

Academic Record: Lasker Scholarship at New York University School of Law for publishing an article in a leading international law journal.
