• F2i Sgr SpA, an Italian investment fund re land title due diligence of a wind farm project;

• Helios Development re permitting issues related to a residential development;

• American Colony re land title due diligence for two residential projects, pre-contracts for the sale – purchase of land, promotion and sale of apartments in a residential project, purchase of an office building;

• Alekentros Properties re purchase of land for commercial development;

• Ekativolos Properties re purchase of land for commercial development;

• City Capital Property Advisers re the purchase of 17 shopping centres, and an office building;

• Technophar Equipment and Service re purchase of residential apartments;

• the lessee, Timken Precision Components Europe S.A. re lease of plant premises;

• the secured creditor, Arvi & Co re taking security in the form of a land mortgage to secure credit supply deliveries;

• the developer, HB Professional Consult (Austria) re the purchase of land for the development of a logistics park;

• the developer, Technophar Equipment and Service Ltd. re a Construction Agreement regarding the building of a new plant;

• the lessee, Embassy of the Netherlands re the long term lease of the Embassy headquarters; 

• the developer, Axis/Geodis (France) re the development of a logistical platform (LPF) in the City of Pitesti (Romania);

• Medochemie (Cyprus) re the purchase of land for a “greenfield project”; 

• the concessionaire, AB Electro-Invest (Sweden) re the concession of land for the development, on a build-own-operate-transfer basis, of a co-generation (electric and district heating) station and all activities undertaken in connection therewith;

• the lessee, Amoco re long-term leases of plots of land with options to buy for the development of a gas station network; 

• the lessee, British American Tobacco re leasing of storage facilities, and office space; 

• the concessionaire, British American Tobacco re a concession of land for a “greenfield project” in the City of Ploiesti; 

• the concessionaire, Efes Breweries (Turkey) re a concession of land for a “greenfield project” in the City of Ploiesti, that is the largest brewery in South-Eastern Europe;

• the lessee, Coca-Cola Bottling Enterprise of Timisoara re a 99-year lease of land with an option to buy for a “greenfield project” in the City of Timisoara; 

• the concessionaire, Coca-Cola Bottling Enterprise of Bucharest re concession of land for a “greenfield project” in the City of Ploiesti; this was the first long-term lease signed with a Municipality in post-communist Romania.

We also acted as counsel to Chemical Bank, the Canadian Embassy, Coca-Cola Romania, Pan American Airlines, Hilton, Merck, Medochemie, Mitsubishi Corporation, Motorola, Helbing, Whirlpool, and Wizz Air Group, in connection with property title issues, office and residential leases, and purchases of office space.
