basis, of a co-generation (electric and district heating) station and
all activities undertaken in connection therewith;
- the lessee, Amoco
re long-term leases of plots of land with options to buy
for the development of a gas station network;
- the lessee, British
American Tobacco re leasing of storage facilities, and office
space;
- the concessionaire, British American Tobacco re a
concession of land for a “greenfield project” in the City
of Ploiesti;
- the concessionaire, Efes Breweries (Turkey) re a
concession of land for a “greenfield project” in the City
of Ploiesti, that is the largest brewery in South-Eastern Europe;
- the lessee, Coca-Cola
Bottling Enterprise of Timisoara re a 99-year lease of land with
an option to buy for a “greenfield project” in the City of
Timisoara;
- the concessionaire, Coca-Cola Bottling Enterprise of Bucharest
re concession of land for a “greenfield project” in the
City of Ploiesti; this was the first long-term lease signed with a
Municipality in post-communist Romania.
We also acted as counsel to Chemical Bank, the
Canadian Embassy, Coca-Cola Romania, Pan American Airlines, Hilton,
Merck, Medochemie, Mitsubishi Corporation, Motorola, Helbing,
Whirlpool, and Wizz Air Group, in connection with property title
issues, office and residential leases, and purchases of office space.
