Carmen is a consultant to Buzescu & Tomescu SPRL on accounting and tax matters.

She holds a degree from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies. Between 1993 – 2012, she worked in various divisions of the General Direction of Public Finance of the City of Bucharest. Between 2006 -2012 she held management positions in two of the divisions of the General Direction of Public Finance of the City of Bucharest.

Between 2004 – 2007, Carmen took post-graduate courses in Public Administration at the National School of Political and Administration Studies.

She is an expert accountant and a member of the Association of Expert and Certified Accountants, and a fiscal consultant and a member of the Chamber of Fiscal Consultants.
