Iustin’s areas of expertise includes tax, insolvency, corporate/commercial, employment, and dispute resolution. He worked previously at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

He advises on complex taxation of cross-border transactions, VAT reimbursement related to cross-border transactions, taxation of the income of Romanian employees hired by non-residents.

Iustin graduated from the American University School of Law, and is a member of the Bucharest Bar. He also holds an Accounting degree, and a Masters degree in Audit from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies. Iustin is a certified accounting expert.
