• an Israeli company re professional indemnity insurance of a technical consultant in relation to the development of a residential building project;

• a US oil and gas company re coverage by the global insurance policy in an accident which caused death and injury of several employees;

• a UK real estate client re office building insurance;

• a Greek life insurance company regarding the establishment of an insurance joint venture with UCECOM – the Union of Handicraft Cooperatives. We drafted the joint venture documentation, assisted re negotiations, advised the investor on insurance law matters, and on various regulatory requirements.
